Follow the installation steps provided. Download a fresh version of Qustodio from here. If you use a Mac, make sure to disable Apple Screen Time on your Mac. If there is any security software installed on the computer (e.g., antivirus, firewall), uninstall it completely. 
During installation, it's important that the cookies are enabled on your web browser.Make sure the device is connected to the Internet.
Log in to the computer with an administrator account. Make sure that your computer system and web browser are running the latest versions. To reinstall Qustodio, please follow these steps: If you use a Mac computer, make sure to disable Apple Screen Time. If you’re using such a security program, try to uninstall it completely prior to re-downloading and re-installing Qustodio. If you have installed Qustodio for Windows or Mac, and it is not reporting web or app activity, please note that a common cause of issues with Qustodio is interference with security suites (e.g., antivirus, anti-malware, firewall), system optimization software, or other parental controls.
